- ADEP §2.1 (LYL241, 2026-06-08): Internal Use Applications may be distributed only to employees and Permitted Users on Deployment Devices; apart from §2.1 they may not be made available to third parties in any way. Permitted Entities may deploy on the Licensee’s behalf on terms at least as protective.
