- Under the AGTC (November 2025) each Order Form is a separate Agreement. In a conflict, the Ansys Product Code prevails, then any cloud services description, then the Additional Terms (such as the License Terms), then the AGTC. The version in effect at contract execution applies; renewals are on the same terms unless agreed otherwise.
