- On 15 days' notice and no more than once a year, Ansys may review licence usage with its own staff or an independent audit firm, with access to premises and relevant data. Non-compliant use is paid at the then-current list price plus damages within 30 days; if its list value is 5% or more of the current contract year, the customer also pays the audit costs including attorneys' fees.
