- Academic Programs must be used for non-proprietary work by an academic facility, its employees, contract users and students; they may not be used for competitive analysis such as benchmarking or for commercial activity including consulting. Use is limited to 50 miles (80 km) of the Designated Site, or the same country with Campus Solutions or Academic Extended LAN, including via VPN or borrowing.
