Windows and RHEL license fee increases can be passed through to Savings Plans and RI hourly rates

- If Microsoft increases Windows license fees or Red Hat increases RHEL license fees, AWS may increase (or institute) the per-hour usage rate for Savings Plans and Reserved Instances with Windows or RHEL. Windows increases are made between December 1 and January 31 with 30 days' notice; RHEL increases with 30 days' advance notice. RI holders may continue at the new price, convert to comparable Linux RIs, or terminate with a pro rata refund of the upfront fee.
