- Savings Plans, EC2 Reserved Instances and Dedicated Host Reservations are noncancellable; the customer is charged for the full term even if it terminates the Agreement, and amounts paid are nonrefundable except for pro rata refunds of upfront fees when AWS terminates without cause or ends the program. Savings Plans and Dedicated Hosts are nontransferable; Reserved Instances are transferable only through the RI Marketplace (Convertible RIs are not eligible). At expiry, On-Demand prices apply.
