- The Simulation SLA requires a copy of the license log file to be made available to Altair automatically at least monthly. The Usage Reporting Tool on an on-premises server sends anonymized transaction logs weekly; customers who disable it must send logs manually. Partner (APA) usage data must also reach Altair.
