Batch automation draws by number of concurrent batch applications

- In batch mode the AUs drawn depend on the number of batch applications running concurrently under the same user and host (for example 21 AUs for one, 42 for two, 50 for three to eight). The AutomationBatch feature is required. Batch decay needs Altair License Manager 2026 or later; older servers draw the maximum units per user and host.
