- Service Terms of Use section IV: unless an Order Form permits it, the customer may not resell any Akamai Cloud Computing Service; the customer must back up data on infrastructure independent from Akamai. The Akamai Cloud MSA likewise prohibits resale unless the reseller terms are accepted.
