- Licensing Policy: the subscription activation and expiration dates are calculated from the date of purchase, not from key registration. A renewal bought before expiry extends from the current expiration date; one bought after expiry runs from the purchase date. On-premises installations must synchronize subscriptions with the customer account over the internet.
