Redistributors may not impose further restrictions on recipients of the LGPL code

- GNU LGPL 2.1 §10 (February 1999): each recipient automatically receives a licence from the original licensor to copy, distribute, link with or modify the Library, and the redistributor may not impose any further restrictions on the recipients' exercise of those rights. A bundling product's EULA therefore cannot restrict the recipient's LGPL rights in the 7-Zip components.
