- Subscription Services Agreement §2.2: if actual usage exceeds the Authorized Usage ("Over Usage"), the Authorized Usage is updated to reflect and cover actual usage.
- Commercial rules
- The subscriber must pay the associated subscription fees for the updated Authorized Usage for the remaining portion of the subscription term. Non-payment, including for Over Usage, allows Varonis to terminate immediately (§9.2) or suspend the service (§9.4).
