- Subscription Services Agreement §1.3: "Authorized Usage" means the usage metric(s) and factor(s) identified in the applicable Purchase Confirmation; it may include the number of individuals who have an account on the systems or environments monitored by the Subscription Services, or the data, number of folders and events tracked or monitored.

- The metric and its quantity are set per Purchase Confirmation, not in the agreement. If actual usage exceeds the Authorized Usage (Over Usage), the Authorized Usage is updated to cover actual usage and the subscriber pays the associated subscription fees for the remainder of the subscription term (§2.2).
