- Services Description §3.2.1: the customer pays the fees for the Monthly Minimum Quantity "and for any additional use" (the Usage Overage).
- Commercial rules
- The monthly fee is employees multiplied by the fee, never below the Monthly Minimum Quantity. The minimum is invoiced from the Billing Start Date; the overage is invoiced monthly in arrears from the earlier of the Billing Start Date or first production use. A Billing Start Date on or before the 15th bills that month; after the 15th, the first of the following month.
