- General Terms 11(c): Thomson Reuters or its professional representatives may review compliance throughout the term.
- Commercial rules
- If the review shows use beyond the authorised scope, the customer pays unpaid or underpaid charges; excess use is priced at the greater of ordered rates or current standard pricing (4(c)). Breach of the use restrictions is outside the liability cap (8(c)).
