- Subscription
Services are licensed on a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable basis solely for the customer's own internal business purposes; installed software may be copied only for backup and archival purposes.[1]
Customers must pay additional charges for use beyond the scope in the Ordering Document, at the greater of the ordered rates or current standard pricing, and charges may change after a merger or acquisition that increases access.[2]
Unless the Ordering Document states otherwise, the agreement renews automatically each year unless either party gives at least 30 days' written notice before the end of the term.[3]
Access to certain services is password protected; customers must keep passwords confidential, and sharing passwords is strictly prohibited.[4]
Installed software is warranted to materially conform to its documentation for 90 days after delivery.[5]
