- General Terms 1(b): "Agreement" means each Ordering Document, the General Terms and any applicable terms incorporated in them.

Thomson Reuters may amend terms on 30 days notice (9(f)). Tax & Accounting products reference separate terms (Onvio terms, product specific terms) and firms that first licensed UltraTax CS before 2017-06-07 are on the older CS Professional Suite License Agreement.
