- Tenable Master Agreement §13(a): Tenable may "(in its sole discretion) provide evaluation licenses" for an evaluation, proof of value or other trial of Products, with no payment obligation, expiry at the end of the agreed evaluation period and no obligation to provide Support Services.
- Commercial rules
- Evaluation Products may not be used to scan third-party Scan Targets or to provide a service to the customer's clients. Software must be returned or destroyed and Hosted Services access ceased at expiry; Tenable may allow containers or data to carry over to a paid subscription.
