- Specific Offering Terms: Splunk Cloud Platform or Splunk Enterprise Capacity provided free of charge to buyers of eligible Cisco Secure Firewall products ("Promotional Capacity").
- Commercial rules
- Customer must buy and maintain at least as much paid Capacity of an eligible Splunk product as the Promotional Capacity; it is co-termed with the current term excluding renewals, is additive and not a substitute for paid capacity, cannot be transferred from the legal entity holding the firewall licences or combined or split between instances, must be ingested via the Cisco Security Cloud App with the cisco:sfw:estreamer or cisco:ftd:syslog sourcetypes, and does not count towards OnDemand Services or Education credit eligibility. Splunk may reduce or terminate it if firewall subscriptions or support lapse, paid capacity is reduced, the contract ends or telemetry is deactivated.
