- Commercial rules
- Partner owns the hardware from the start; the customer cannot buy it at the end. Billing continues to the end of the 12-month commitment if the partner deactivates a device early. Devices come with an Xstream Protection licence; subscriptions cannot be changed or transferred to other firewalls, and the assigned customer cannot be changed once set. Sophos does not replace HWaaS hardware at end of life.
