- Licensing Guidelines general exception: products usually licensed per User "may alternatively, at Sophos’ option, be licensed or made available on a per Computer basis, or for email Products only, on a per mailbox basis" for educational, health or government entities.
- Commercial rules
- Available only at Sophos' option. Mixed email and non-email bundles are counted at the higher of the Computer and mailbox counts. Transfer to an entity outside these sectors reverts the entitlement to per-User counting.
