- Commercial rules
- Spend is capped at the budget set; data sent after reserved volume and the budget are exhausted is dropped and not charged. Logs, application metrics, profile hours and additional monitors can only be bought through it. Seer is billed outside the budget. Budget increases take effect within minutes (maximum 24 hours); a budget cannot be reduced below what has already been consumed.
