- Commercial rules
- Approval basis only; a Customer Resilience Manager is required. Up to 30% variance between Rubrik-branded hardware capacity and software capacity in either direction. Semi-annual Scale Reviews of usage logs; if usage exceeds purchased capacity Rubrik quotes additional capacity at or above the 75th percentile of daily peak usage, to be ordered within 30 days. A Capacity Burst (usage more than 30% over purchased capacity between reviews) triggers a prorated quote. No retroactive charge for unplanned capacity consumed before each Scale Review.
