- Warranty Agreement 2.1: Rubrik warrants that the Eligible Solution will enable the customer to materially restore Protected Data after a Ransomware Incident; if Recovery fails due to the Eligible Solution, Rubrik reimburses Recovery Incident Expenses up to a Cap.

- Eligible Solution: at least 250 TB of the Enterprise Edition specific SKU (the FAQ adds Enterprise Proactive Edition) plus a concurrent Customer Resilience Manager subscription; must be approved by Rubrik and added to the reseller quote. Caps: USD 250,000 (250 to under 500 TB), 500,000 (500 to under 750 TB), 1,000,000 (750 TB to under 5 PB), 5,000,000 (5 to under 10 PB), 10,000,000 (10 PB and above). Conditions include monthly Health Checks, current supported software, Retention Lock in Compliance Mode, MFA and sending product metrics to Rubrik.
