- Master Perpetual EULA §7.7: Redgate may "retire the Licensed Software on 30 days' written notice by Us at any time during the License Term".
- Commercial rules
- Support continues to the end of the current support term; afterwards continued use is governed by the Retired Software EULA (§7.8). Taking a replacement product ends the retired licence and moves the Support Package to the replacement (§7.9). Retired Subscription Software cannot be renewed (Subscription EULA §7.7). Support excludes Retired Software (Support policy §2.4).
