- Centralized pool of QLUs at a single price point; tiered pricing gives higher discounts for larger QLU purchases. Allocation and reallocation by users with QLU.ALLOCATION permission, once every 90 days. Consumption tracked per product with alerts at about 80-90% and an overutilization state. Exceptions to the standardized policies need executive approval (QLU FAQ). Converting a licence-based subscription to QLU requires the TAM; the QLU feature is available on request.
