- Product Terms (Proofpoint Archive): for thirty days after termination or expiration ("Wind Down Period"), subject to a pro-rata fee, the customer may access and retrieve data stored in Archive before termination.

- No new email may be archived during the Wind Down Period. Export to standard storage media costs an additional fee. Without a written export request before the end of the period, Proofpoint removes the data so that it cannot be restored in human readable form.
