- Maintenance and support are included in subscription fees. Upgrades take effect immediately and may extend the term; subscriptions cannot be downgraded. Renewal is priced at the then-current price. Renewal procedure differs by family: OpenEdge, MOVEit, MOVEit Cloud and Sitefinity subscriptions do not auto-renew, Telerik subscriptions do.
