- Progress EULA s.1.3.2: "Your license to use the Product will continue in perpetuity unless earlier terminated in accordance with the terms of this EULA." s.1.8.2 makes first-year maintenance and support required for Perpetual and Term licences.
- Commercial rules
- First-year maintenance starts on delivery; renewal is optional. Lapsed maintenance can be reinstated (where offered) by paying the current fee plus a reinstatement fee for the lapsed period. Renewal maintenance fees rise by the lesser of any standard price increase or CPI unless the Order or product terms say otherwise.
