- MIMIX terms: customers with subscriptions may temporarily increase production and target server processor capacity (activated cores or CPW) without upgrade charges.
- Commercial rules
- Up to sixty days during the Initial Term and a further sixty days in each Renewal Term; longer increases are deemed permanent and charged at then-current upgrade fees. Does not apply to perpetual licences.
