- Product Usage Terms: OneTrust may monitor usage to verify that the customer does not exceed any "Usage Limit"; on excess the customer must reduce usage or purchase a higher usage tier.
- Commercial rules
- If neither happens within three calendar months of first exceeding the Usage Limit (the "Grace Period"), OneTrust may invoice an Additional Fee equal to the price difference to the next highest tier, pro rata from the start of the Grace Period to the end of the term.
