- If the customer has more Users or Light Users, or needs another Subscription Plan, than specified, it pays the list price in effect at the time of the deviation for the rest of the Term.

- The customer must notify Odoo immediately when users exceed the number specified; on-premise databases show a 30-day countdown before expiry unless users are added by upsell or deactivated.
