- Enterprise Subscription Agreement section 2: any user account indicated as active and designated as a Light User in the Software, or any active employee record (from the Human Resources app) not linked to an active non-portal user account, where supported by the version.

- Light Users are counted separately from Users and priced separately; the pricing page lists their capabilities (for example My Time Off, My Expenses, Point of Sale use and Manufacturing Shop floor) and says a Light User licence is obtained through an Odoo Advisor quote.
