- Solibri EULA: "SSA" or "Support and Service Agreement" means the Licensee's right to receive Support for the Software as defined in the Agreement.
- Commercial rules
- The one-time licence fee includes 12 months of SSA from delivery; thereafter it renews for 12-month periods unless terminated with one month's written notice. To restart a lapsed SSA, Solibri may require payment of SSA fees for the period it was not in force (s.9.4.3).
