- Perpetual MiVoice Business licences need annual Software Assurance applied; subscription includes it. The EULA makes the right to use the Software potentially contingent on active, paid-up SWA or subscription and lets the licence terminate if SWA fees are not paid. SWA renewals are quoted in Licenses & Services. Active SWA is needed for licence conversions on upgrade (e.g. UCC V4.0).
