- Commercial rules
- Capacity is bought in advance, but use above the licensed capacity is permitted if the increased capacity is bought within 90 days; purchases must meet or exceed existing use; no partial capacity, credits or refunds. Support is bought separately for Scale on Demand perpetual licences. A Juniper licence tracking mechanism (Juniper Support Insights, J-Cloud or Mist) must be deployed within 90 days. Juniper may audit quarterly; overage orders are due within 30 days of the audit notice; audit costs shift to the customer if actual use exceeds reported use by more than 5%.
