- Renewal policy §6: "Ivanti reserves the right to and will on an exception basis accept a business agreement for a partial reduction of licenses under Maintenance/Support."
- Commercial rules
- The customer may not use the dropped licences, and Ivanti gains audit rights over them. Use of unsupported licences triggers back maintenance plus a reinstatement fee. Reducing quantity raises the base unit price for the remaining licences. Re-activating dropped licences requires back fees, reinstatement fees and at least one further year.
