- EULSA §15(x): "Your Affiliates may purchase Ivanti products and/or services under this Agreement by (i) executing a participation agreement with Ivanti pursuant to which it agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement applicable to You, and (ii) passing an Ivanti credit check".
- Commercial rules
- Affiliate means an entity controlling, controlled by or under common control with the customer, with control meaning more than 50% of voting securities (§1(a)). Users may use the Software for the benefit of the customer and its applicable Affiliates (§2(a)).
