- Commercial rules
- The CPDS uses "licensed or subscribed" throughout for on-premises Software metrics (CPU-core, Instance, Environment); Connectors of all Tiers are subscription-only. The CPDS in effect at the time of the Order governs; legacy SKUs may follow an earlier CPDS version (earlier versions are on Informatica Network, not public). A perpetual-license term is not defined in the public CPDS.
