- CPDS 39.2 (effective 2026-09-11), General Notes, Partitioning: in a hard Partition (fixed whole CPU-cores) the Software must be licensed for at least the total CPU-cores in the Partition. In a soft Partition (Virtualization) the virtual machine or server must never exceed the licensed CPU-cores or other metrics. If Partitioning or Virtualization tools are not visible to the Informatica Administration Console, Customer must keep a historical record of the technology limiting resources; failure to create and maintain that record requires a CPU-core for each deployed vCPU. Each virtual machine or server must be licensed; the Software may not run concurrently in multiple images, containers, platforms or sets of equipment.
