- CPDS 39.2 (effective 2026-09-11), General Notes: for each Software Production license or subscription, Customer receives an equivalent Recovery License for one recovery Instance on a stand-by server that is not running or is in stand-by mode, brought online for disaster recovery or during scheduled maintenance of the primary server. Production and recovery Instances may never run concurrently as active Production Environments; hot stand-by and active stand-by Production systems are not covered.
