- Commercial rules
- Renews automatically unless either party gives written notice of non-renewal at least 90 days before the renewal period; Infor notifies at least 30 days before that notice period. Cannot be terminated before expiry except as the Agreement states. Infor may suspend Support for past-due undisputed fees after 30 business days' notice. The warranty in s.5A(i) requires active Support.
