- FairWarning Appendix: if the Base Statistics increase by more than 10% during the Subscription Term, Imprivata may increase the recurring "Subject Annual Fees" by a corresponding percentage.
- Commercial rules
- Measured every six months from the Subscription Term start; increases of 10% or more reset the Base Statistics; at least two months’ notice; 30-day customer validation period; increase applies prospectively for the rest of the term and renewals. The Access Intelligence Appendix applies the same method to any increase.
