- RSVP (Program Overview): “With Relationship Suggested Volume Pricing (RSVP), you earn points on all Eligible Product purchases including IBM Cloud Services, Appliances and Appliance Services, IBM Software Subscription and Support renewals and new licenses.” IBM assigns each offering a point value (may be zero; can be changed by IBM). RSVP level = aggregated points for offerings ordered during a 12-month period. First-order points set initial RSVP for the next 12 months; at Anniversary, RSVP resets from prior 12-month points. If reset lower, IBM will not lower it by more than one level below Client’s prior RSVP. SVP is also calculated per order; if SVP is higher than current RSVP, SVP applies to that order. Printed RSVP/SVP table: BL <500; D 500; E 1,000; F 2,500; G 5,000; H 10,000. Government Site or Academic Volume Option Site: applicable discounted pricing; the volume table does not apply. Academic Volume Option: EPs must be used for academic or administrative purposes only and may not be used for commercial purposes. After 24 consecutive months of inactivity (no new orders or continuous services in effect), IBM may move Client’s agreement and/or sites into terminated/inactive status.
