- Premier Care Manual: "“Service Credits” means credits purchased by or otherwise provided to Customer, whether as part of a Product Subscription for Premier Care or separately, that may be applied toward eligible Professional Services listed in the Service Credits Catalog."
- Commercial rules
- Included Service Credits are issued at the start of each Billing Period and prorated for periods other than 12 months; Add-On Service Credits expire 12 months after the Order Form Effective Date. Unused credits expire, do not roll over, cannot be pooled across affiliates and have no cash value.
