- Foundry’s rules for issuing replacement licence keys when a licence key is moved to another computer or server, a perpetual licence with active maintenance becomes an annual subscription, or an offline licence becomes login-based.

- Always at Foundry’s sole discretion; may carry an administrative fee; no transfers across countries or to a parent, subsidiary or affiliate, or where maintenance has lapsed or the licensee is in breach or insolvent; old keys must be removed within 2 days.
