Foundry licence types include node-locked licences locked to one machine without a licence server, and floating licences served from a licence server to any machine on the network.[1]
Individual Login licences are account based and can be active on up to two machines at once, with offline use for up to 37 days; Team Login licences give users in a team access to a shared pool of licences.[2]
A perpetual licence can run any version released before its maintenance expiry date, while rental licences are time limited, typically quarterly, and stop working when the rental ends.[3]
Under the on-premise EULA, a node-locked licence permits a single copy on one computer at a time, and concurrent use of floating licences may not exceed the number purchased.[4]
Non-commercial licences may not be used for any commercial, professional or for-profit purpose, and Foundry may audit licensee sites on reasonable advance notice.[5]
