- Commercial rules
- In the 2024 guide eyeSight, eyeControl, eyeRecover, eyeExtend and eyeInspect 4.x and later were available as perpetual licences, with separately bought ActiveCare support (FS-AC-A/FS-AC-B SKUs). The 2026 guide lists only Term-Based Licenses and Subscriptions. The EULA still caps liability for Software licensed on a perpetual basis at the fees received for it.
