- Use ends at the earliest of the registered period, the start of a purchased subscription or termination by Forescout. Evaluation Products and Appliances not returned on time may be invoiced at list price; no support, warranty or indemnity. The separate Evaluation License Agreement allows one copy of the Software on the Hardware and requires return of Hardware within 30 days after the Evaluation Period.
