- Commercial rules
- Renews automatically at the Order rates or, if none, the rates then in effect, unless either party gives written notice at least 90 days before the annual period ends. Fees payable annually in advance unless the Order says otherwise; Support may be withheld while fees are overdue; additional Perpetual Products are co-termed and prorated. Support follows the "Application Support Statement of Services".
